The Club
Phoenix RMC is a BMFA affiliated and well established model helicopter flying club in Surrey, featuring:
- Secure dedicated flying field
- Flyable seven days per week
- Car park
- Planning permission

Our primay focus is helicopters, including quadcopters. Flying of other types of models such as small planes and gliders is also possible subject to discussion. Please email us if you are interested in joining and flying the site! Currently (Jan 2016) the field is well maintained but never busy. Don't be put off by the brevity of this website... we are an active club of modelers and pilots rather than an online forum or group of web developers. We will promptly reply to your email and will be happy to discuss the club further by phone.
Nitro Flying Times
The flying of Nitro Helicopters (or anything else generating significant noise) is the subject of our planning approval and we therefore adhere strictly to the following time slots:

| Wednesday: | 1pm | - | 8pm* |
| Thursday: | 1pm | - | 8pm* |
| Friday: | 10am | - | 2pm |
| Saturday: | 10am | - | 5pm |
| Sunday: | 10am | - | 3pm |
*...or one hour before sunset if earlier
Electric / silent flight possible outside these times
Joining Information
A limited number of memberships are currently available
You will need to own a model helicopter and be a member of the BMFA (see link below).
An annual membership fee is set each year to cover costs
